1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fq77 platform, including all products offered through the website at fq77.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by fq77 ("we", "us", "our", or "fq77").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature of the Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing individual products, promotions, or game types published elsewhere on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any product-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless the product or promotion rules expressly state otherwise.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the fq77 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. fq77 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of fq77, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless expressly authorised in writing by fq77 management.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account permanently closed by fq77 for breach of these Terms.

fq77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of fq77 products and services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update your account information promptly if any details change.

The following account registration rules apply to all fq77 users:

• Each individual may hold only one active fq77 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your fq77 account or any balance within it to any other person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify fq77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• fq77 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fq77 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). fq77 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers through City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Supported payment methods may change from time to time at fq77's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified at the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• fq77 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and may result in account suspension.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a successful deposit, or to a verified bank account in the account holder's own name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. fq77 may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• fq77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply its own charges. fq77 is not responsible for third-party payment provider fees.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to verification requirements.
• fq77 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct is suspected.

5 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the fq77 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed by either party.
• fq77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and fq77's right to suspend markets at any time without notice, including during periods of uncertainty in the relevant event.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply. These limits may vary by sport, market, and account history. fq77 reserves the right to impose individual account limits without providing a reason.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with fq77's event-specific rules. Generally, bets on events that do not complete within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

fq77's decision on all bet settlement matters is final. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted in writing to support within 30 days of the event result being published on the Platform. Claims submitted outside this window will not be considered.

6 Casino Games

fq77 offers a range of casino products including live dealer games, video slots, RNG table games, and instant-win titles. These games are provided by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO.

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live-stream verified results from licensed studio environments. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are available in the game information section.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or slot game, the affected round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's official malfunction rules.
• fq77 is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or availability of third-party game studio services. Interruptions caused by studio-side technical issues are outside fq77's direct control.
• Progressive jackpot games are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider. Jackpot wins are paid directly by the game provider and are subject to the provider's own verification and payment timelines.
• Casino game results are final once the round has concluded and a result has been displayed to the player. No claims can be accepted after a result has been confirmed.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

fq77 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal conditions published in the individual promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player per promotion, unless the promotion terms expressly permit multiple claims.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that do not meet the minimum odds or eligible game requirements specified in the promotion terms will not count towards wagering requirements.
• fq77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a bonus credited to a player's account if abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the bonus system is suspected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or systematically exploiting promotional structures — is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• fq77 does not offer any bonus whose primary purpose is to incentivise irresponsible gambling behaviour. Self-excluded players and players who have set deposit limits are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the restricted period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the fq77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one fq77 account, or registering an account using false, misleading, or another person's identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Colluding with other players, Platform employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known Platform error must be reported immediately and may be voided.
• Using the fq77 Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any proprietary data, odds, or content from the Platform.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Charging back any deposit or initiating a fraudulent payment dispute after using the deposited funds for betting or gaming purposes.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the fq77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of fq77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without fq77's prior written consent.

All game content, including game titles, graphics, mathematics, and sound effects, is the intellectual property of the respective third-party game studios and is licensed by fq77 for presentation on the Platform. Unauthorised copying or distribution of game content is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fq77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

fq77's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fq77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fq77 is not responsible for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers including payment processors and game studios.

11 Privacy and Data

fq77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at fq77.io/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to fq77's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fq77 uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Account data is stored on secure servers with access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.

fq77 may share your personal data with third parties where required by applicable law, where necessary to process payments, or where necessary to investigate fraud or prohibited conduct. fq77 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments and Termination

fq77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, fq77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a site-wide announcement or direct communication to registered account holders. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

fq77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without notice, if fq77 reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that account closure is required by law or for the protection of other users.

You may close your fq77 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules. Any remaining balance will be returned to a verified payment method in your name.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to fq77 support for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, fq77 will engage in good-faith mediation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
